Sportybots Multi-sport Classes

We established Sportybots to help children step away from screens and onto the playground, where they can enjoy being active with friends. Our sports classes are designed to spark excitement while helping children become stronger, more confident, and comfortable in a team environment.

We love seeing shy children blossom into confident team players. We watch uncertain first attempts develop into genuine skills and abilities. Those moments are what drive us, and we would love for your child to experience them too.

Class Schedules

We run our weekly classes at Ark Sports Village in Segar, with sessions spread across the weekend to fit busy family calendars.

With everything based at one sheltered venue, drop-off and pick-up are simple and convenient. There is no need to travel between locations or worry about sudden rain disrupting the schedule. Just one venue, one team, and one hour of active fun each week.

What to Expect in a Weekly Class

We structure our sports for primary students in a consistent format so children know what to expect and can settle into each session comfortably. Familiar routines help children feel secure, while that sense of security encourages them to try new things without being afraid of making mistakes.

Warm-Up and Skill Building

We begin each session with a warm-up before moving into drills based on the sport being taught that term. The drills are simple, repetitive, and engaging, allowing children to practise important skills while having fun.

Games and Fun

Children get to apply their newly developed skills through games, with plenty of energy and encouragement throughout the session. This is often the highlight of the class, as children bring their practice together during a match, challenge, or team activity.

Cool-Down and Wrap-Up

We end each session with a short cool-down to give children’s bodies time to settle before pick-up. It is also an opportunity for coaches to check in with each child and offer encouragement, feedback, or a quick update for parents.

Why Choose Sportybots

Our experts have spent more than a decade running multi-sport programmes across Singapore. Our team designs every class around one clear goal: helping children become well-rounded young athletes.

Our Proven Approach

Children need time to explore different activities and discover what they enjoy, so we do not push them towards one particular sport. Our coaches first focus on developing strong movement skills before introducing different sports that build confidence and physical ability. We change sports each term, giving children opportunities to experience a variety of games before deciding which ones they enjoy most.

Coaches You Can Trust

We create multiple groups for the same game rather than placing everyone into one large group. This allows our coaches to pay closer attention to each child while giving them the space to learn at their own pace.

Children also take hydration breaks every 20 to 30 minutes to help children stay cool and comfortable, especially during Singapore’s hot weather.

A Venue Built for Consistency

We conduct our classes at Ark Sports Village, a sheltered venue where weather conditions do not disrupt sessions. This means there are no weather-related cancellations, so children do not end up disappointed or stuck at home with their sports kit. Parents often tell us that this consistency makes a real difference to their busy weekends.

Sports for Toddlers, Kindergartners and primary students

We designed our programme around young children because these years provide an excellent opportunity to develop fundamental athletic skills.

Why We Focus on This Age Group

Children aged 3-12 can develop new skills quickly while building the ability to retain and apply them. They learn to maintain balance, improve coordination, and develop confidence, creating habits that can benefit them well into the future. We use these important years to spark a love of sports that can continue throughout their teenage years.

Sporty Juniors (Ages 5–7): Progression & Skill Intergration

Sporty Champs (Ages 8–12): Athletic Mastery & Tactics

Filling the Gap Left by School PE

School PE lessons are valuable, but they rarely provide enough time or variety for every child to develop individual skills. One PE lesson a week shared among around thirty children cannot always give each child enough opportunities to practise throwing, catching, kicking, or other fundamental movements. We help fill that gap by introducing children to sports they may not encounter during a typical school day, from floorball and rugby to golf. Many parents tell us their child’s confidence during PE lessons has improved since joining us.

Building Habits That Last

We see it repeatedly: children who develop a love of sport early are more likely to remain active as they grow. Our weekly sessions turn those first attempts into regular practice, and regular practice into lasting habits. We want to help raise children who genuinely enjoy being active rather than those who associate exercise with pressure or obligation. Everything we do supports that goal, even when progress seems small at first.

Sports We Offer

We cover twelve different sports throughout the year, giving children a broad sporting education. Each term focuses on one sport, allowing children to develop meaningful skills instead of simply getting a brief introduction to many activities.

Ball and Net Sports

We teach a mix of fast, sharp games that sharpen hand-eye coordination and quick thinking.

We offer Tennis, Basketball, Floorball and Football to develop coordination, teamwork and quick thinking.

Striking and Fielding

Our cricket and T-ball classes give children opportunities to swing, throw, and catch while developing patience and teamwork. These sports reward focus and timing, which require consistent practice to develop. Our coaches break each movement into simple, manageable steps so children can build confidence progressively.

Track, Field, and More

We cover athletics, including sprinting, jumping, and agility exercises, alongside rugby, golf, and other target sports for a well-rounded programme. These activities develop power, speed, strength, and coordination that can support children in other sports they may explore later.

Benefits of Weekly Sports Classes

We see the difference our weekly sports classes make in children who walk through our doors. The benefits extend well beyond physical fitness, supporting many aspects of a child’s development.

Physical Growth

We help children develop stronger muscles, healthy bones, and cardiovascular fitness while improving balance and flexibility over time. Regular physical activity during these formative years supports healthy growth and encourages an active lifestyle that can continue into adulthood.

Social Skills

Our team games encourage children to communicate, share, cooperate, and support one another. We often see friendships form quickly on the field, including between children who may never have met at school. Learning to celebrate a win graciously, recover from a loss, and encourage a teammate teaches valuable lessons that extend far beyond sport.

Mental Wellbeing

Physical activity can help improve mood and reduce everyday stress. After an active session, many children feel happier and may sleep better at night. Time away from screens, homework, and other daily pressures also gives children an opportunity to relax and simply enjoy being themselves.

I enrolled my 2 kids aged 10 and 8 in their June holiday multi-sport camp and they had an absolute blast! My kids couldn't stop talking about the diff sports they were exposed to and all the new friends they met. They also said that the coaches were really fun and kind! Great experience at Sportybots! My boy loves the variety of sports offered; it's the perfect way for kids to explore different skills like football, cricket, and now floorball. The sheltered pitch is a huge plus, and having such a high-quality program so close to home is wonderful. A big thank you to the team for helping him build his confidence!

My kid really had a good time here. This year it’s his second time participating the holiday camp, and this time with his friend. Both of the boys enjoyed the camp.

frequently asked questions

01
How young can a child start structured sports training?
×
Most programmes welcome children from the age of three. At this stage, children are not focused on winning. Instead, they practise fundamental movements such as hopping, balancing, and throwing to develop strong movement skills. Coaches keep activities playful and engaging rather than relying on strict drills. Starting early can help children develop a positive relationship with physical activity that continues as they grow.
02
Is it better for kids to try many activities or focus on one?
+
Trying different sports can help children develop a broader range of physical, social, and cognitive skills. Moving between team games, individual challenges, and coordination activities allows children to discover what they enjoy most. Many coaches recommend avoiding early specialisation, particularly when children are still developing fundamental skills. Variety can also help keep sessions enjoyable and reduce the risk of losing interest.
03
What if my child is shy or hasn't played anything before?
+
That's perfectly fine, and beginners are welcome in most classes. Smaller groups allow coaches to provide more individual attention. Sessions usually begin with simple, enjoyable games before introducing more structured rules and activities. Children can gradually build confidence as they see themselves improve from week to week alongside their peers. There is no need to place them into intense competition before they are ready.
04
How do rainy days or bad weather affect outdoor sessions?
+
Weather can be a concern for parents, particularly when rain affects outdoor activities. When classes take place in covered or indoor venues, sessions can continue regardless of the weather. Before enrolling, it is worth checking whether the venue is sheltered, as open-air facilities may need to cancel sessions when conditions change. Consistent lessons help children develop steady habits without unexpected interruptions.
05
What should a parent look for in a children's coach?
+
A good coach should understand the sport while also having appropriate safety training, such as first aid and CPR certification. Experienced instructors should be able to adapt their approach to different ages and abilities while using encouragement rather than harsh correction. It is also worth asking about the coach-to-child ratio, as smaller groups allow coaches to give each child closer attention and more relevant feedback.
06
How often should young children attend physical activity sessions?
+
Health experts generally recommend that children get at least one hour of physical activity each day. Weekly or twice-weekly classes cannot replace daily movement, but they can complement active play by developing skills, confidence, and friendships. Consistency is more beneficial than occasional bursts of activity. A regular weekly session can help children establish lasting habits and build confidence over time.
07
What happens if a child misses a scheduled session?
+
Missed sessions can happen when children are unwell, families travel, or plans change unexpectedly. Many programmes offer ways to make up missed classes, but policies vary between providers. Some require advance notice, while others limit the number of sessions that can be rescheduled within a term. Check the programme's specific policy before enrolling so you understand how missed sessions and credits are handled.
