Sportybots Singapore: Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Commitment

• Trial to Regular Conversion: I acknowledge that the information provided in the trial registration will serve as the official record for my child’s enrolment should they convert to regular weekly sessions.
• Payment: I agree to make full payment for the selected term package before the commencement of the first lesson.

2. Liability Waiver & Indemnity

• Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that sports and physical activities involve inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in Sportybots programmes.
• Release of Liability: I release and forever discharge Sportybots International Pte Ltd, its directors, coaches, and staff from all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from personal injury, loss, or damage to property in connection with the programme.
• Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sportybots against any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) incurred as a result of my child’s participation, to the extent permitted by Singapore law.

3. Medical Declaration

• Physical Fitness: I warrant that my child is in good health and has not suffered from blackouts, seizures, dizziness, or any medical condition that makes it unsafe to participate.
• Medical Disclosure: I have fully disclosed any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations.
• Emergency Consent: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Sportybots staff to seek medical assistance at my expense if I cannot be reached immediately.

4. Withdrawals, Refunds & Make-Up Lessons

• Notice Period: If I choose to withdraw from the programme, I must provide one (1) month’s written notice.
• Refund Policy: Fees paid are non-refundable. Unused credits may only be considered for refund or extension in exceptional cases (e.g., relocation or prolonged medical leave with a valid Medical Certificate), subject to Sportybots’ discretion.
• Make-Up Sessions: Absences must be notified at least 2 hours before class. Each term is entitled to a maximum of 2 make-up sessions, subject to slot availability.

5. Weather & Facility Policy

• Inclement Weather: For outdoor venues, classes will be suspended in the event of heavy rain, lightning, or if the PSI level exceeds 150 (Haze Policy).
• Cancellations: If a class is cancelled by Sportybots due to weather or venue unavailability, a make-up credit or replacement session will be provided. No cash refunds will be issued for weather-related disruptions.

6. Personal Data & Media (PDPA)

• Privacy: I consent to the collection and use of my personal data by Sportybots for administration, billing, and programme updates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Media Release: I grant Sportybots permission to take photographs or videos of my child during classes for promotional and marketing purposes (website, social media, flyers). [Note: If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing.]

7. Code of Conduct

• Disruptive Behaviour: To ensure a safe environment, Sportybots reserves the right to discontinue a child’s enrolment if their behaviour is consistently disruptive or poses a safety risk to others. In such cases, remaining fees may be refunded pro-rata.
