Sportybots Make-Up Lesson Policy

To ensure the best coaching experience and maintain our small class ratios, we strictly adhere to the following policy:

1. Notification Requirement

• Advance Notice: Parents must notify Sportybots via WhatsApp or Email at least two (2) hours before the class starts if their child will be absent.
• “No-Show” Policy: If no notification is received before the class starts, the lesson will be considered “forfeited” and no make-up session will be granted.

2. Make-Up Limits & Expiry

• Term Limit: A maximum of two (2) make-up sessions are allowed per 12-week package.
• Validity: All make-up sessions can be completed during the term they were missed. If the make-up sessions cannot be completed in the same term, they can be carried over to the next term as make-up credits and applied as a discount when signing up for the following term. Make-up sessions cannotbe used as a standalone session and it must be used as a credit when signing up for a new term. 
• Trial Classes: No make-up sessions are provided for missed Free Trial classes. You may, however, reschedule a trial once if notice is given 24 hours in advance.

3. Booking a Make-Up Slot

• • Availability: Make-up sessions are subject to availability in other existing classes of the same age group. We do not guarantee a specific time slot for make-up lessons.
  • Booking: Once a make-up slot is confirmed and booked, it cannot be rescheduled. If the child misses the make-up session, the credit is lost.

• How to book: Approach one of the coaches to confirm or simply text our admin on whatsapp. 

4. Medical Exceptions

• If a child misses more than two sessions due to a prolonged illness or injury, Sportybots may (at its discretion) offer additional make-up credits or a term extension, provided a valid Medical Certificate (MC) is submitted.

5. Weather & Coach Absence

• School Cancellations: If Sportybots cancels a class due to inclement weather (Haze PSI >150, lightning, or heavy rain) or coach unavailability, a compulsory make-up session will be organized, or a credit will be issued. These do not count toward your 2-session term limit.
